Advertiser Terms of Use
ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE
The purpose of this document is to define the terms of use of the Relead platform, operated by STRICS ADS SA. Relead is an online platform dedicated to broadcasting advertisements via Wi-Fi in partner locations. These terms govern access to and use of the services provided by the platform, including the creation and management of advertising campaigns.
ARTICLE 2 – ACCESS TO THE PLATFORM
2.1. Access to the Relead platform is reserved for registered advertisers. Registration and access to the platform are carried out online via our website. The user must create an account, provide accurate information, and accept these Terms of Use as well as the Privacy Policy before being able to access the services.
2.2. Les sThe platform’s services are accessible from any location equipped with partner Wi-Fi and allow advertisers to create and manage their advertising campaigns independently. No negotiation or signing of a personalized contract is required.
2.3. Relead reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users are encouraged to review the terms regularly to stay informed about updates.
ARTICLE 3 – CAMPAIGN CREATION AND MANAGEMENT PROCESS
3.1. The platform allows advertisers to create, simulate, and manage their advertising campaigns directly online.
3.2. Advertisers can select partner Wi-Fi locations and schedule the broadcasting of their ads. Once the campaign is validated and launched, it can no longer be modified.
3.3. The platform provides real-time tracking of campaign performance, including the number of views and the engagement generated by the advertisements.
ARTICLE 4 – BILLING AND PAYMENT TERMS
4.1. Campaign payments are made electronically via the platform before broadcasting.
4.2. Advertisers accept the billing terms specified when creating the campaign, including prices, applicable taxes, and payment conditions.
4.3. Invoices are automatically issued once payment is made and are accessible in the user’s account space.
ARTICLE 5 – USER OBLIGATIONS
5.1. Users agree to comply with applicable advertising laws, including data protection and intellectual property laws.
5.2. It is strictly prohibited to broadcast advertisements that are illegal, offensive, or contrary to public morals. Relead reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts in the event of non-compliance with legal or ethical obligations.
ARTICLE 6 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
6.1. Relead undertakes to provide its services under the best possible conditions but does not guarantee the absence of bugs or temporary interruptions.
6.2. Relead declines any responsibility for fraudulent or abusive use of the platform by its users.
6.3. Users accept that Relead cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage related to the use of the platform, including data loss, service interruptions, or broadcasting errors.
ARTICLE 7 – ADVERTISING AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
7.1. By using the Relead platform, users agree to receive commercial communications or information related to their advertising campaigns.
7.2. Any connection to the platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
ARTICLE 8 – LEGAL COMPLIANCE
8.1. Users agree to comply with applicable regulations regarding advertising and data protection.
8.2. Any violation of legal obligations may result in the suspension or termination of services without prior notice.
ARTICLE 9 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Use are governed by Tunisian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Sousse. In the event of any ambiguity, inconsistency, or discrepancy between this English version and the French version of the present document, the French version shall prevail. The French version shall be deemed the sole and authoritative reference for interpretation and enforcement purposes
